    We have associates that are trained and experienced in negotiating great rates and amenities for group accommodations. We work with many types of groups from:  business travel, team sports, schools, professional tours and more.

    Our service allows you to out source the job of research, emailing/calling hotels to try and get an affordable rate. Reading through all the proposals that are sent via email and trying to decipher each of them. This would be time consuming and the ending result would be booking a hotel that is not of the best choice for rate or amenities.

    We have a network that is able to distribute requests out to every hotel in your destination. When these hotels receive a request from Budget Wise, they automatically know we are shopping every hotel in their city and therefore they will return a competitive rate and offer up their best services and amenities.  

    Once all the requests have been returned and have been negotiated by our team of experts.We will then send you a work sheet listing all the hotels that you can compare pricing, amenities, venue distance and ratings of each of these properties and to be able to choose a hotel that best fits your budget as well as the amenities that you will need in travel.

    We will send out cancellation reminders per city to ensure no penalty fees to our clients if they need to make any changes.

    You will be able to enjoy rewards points from the hotel you ultimately book, by being able to pay the hotel directly to gain the points to your account.
